Remote Access and Desktop

The web address to access the remote access servers has changed. Please update your bookmarks and reconfigure any apps you use.

Windows PC/Tablet/Laptop with Internet Explorer

Go to https://gateway.tkasa.org.uk/RDWeb using Internet Explorer and log in with your TKASA Network details.

 

Windows PC/Tablet/Laptop with Chrome/Firefox or HTML5 compliant browser

Go to https://gateway.tkasa.org.uk/RDWeb/webclient/ using any modern browser and log in with your TKASA Network details.

If you receive an error that says “Your session ended because an unexpected server authentication certificate was received from the remote PC. Ask your admin or tech support for help.” You will need to clear your browser cache. Windows PC/Tablet/Laptop with RemoteApp and Desktop integration

Go to Control panel and click “RemoteApp and Desktop Connections” or search for this in the start menu. Click “Access RemoteApp and Desktop” and enter https://gateway.tkasa.org.uk/ into the box. Enter your TKASA Network details when prompted.

 

iOS, Android or Mac using the Microsoft Remote Desktop App 

Use the "Microsoft Remote Desktop" app from the relevant app store. When configuring the app, add a "Remote Resource Feed" using https://gateway.tkasa.org.uk as the URL along with your TKASA Network details.
