Allergies/Special Diets

Aspens are happy to assist pupils who have food allergies or specific dietary requirements.

Payment System

The school operates a cashless till system to help reduce queuing time. Each pupil has an account and money can be paid in on-line via Weduc.

Pupils can access their account at the till via a biometric print or an 8 digit code.

Parents/Carers can access account information on-line to view account balances and purchases.

Free School Meals

Accounts for pupils in receipt of Free School Meals work in the same way. The FSM allowance (currently £2.50) is uploaded to pupil accounts each day, and may be used at break time or lunchtime. Additional money can be added, as described above.
